Embrace Special Buddy Request Form

We are so happy that you and your family are interested in our Embrace Ministry. At Lake Hills we believe that EVERY child has a place here, no matter where they fall in the realm of special needs. You are seen, loved, and embraced here.

Part of our Embrace Ministry is our Special Buddies. There are loving volunteers who are equipped and ready to be your child's dedicated buddy. They will stay with them the entire time and help them in whatever ways they need.

In order to be most prepared, please fill out this form to let us know you are coming and we will have a buddy ready for you. Please fill out by the Wednesday before you plan to attend if possible.
